DO NOT INSTALL 11.01 FOR WINDOWS 7

I installed 11.01 and have been have major problems with Accordance..I have uninstalled it and gone back to ver 11.0....it still has problems opening existing workspaces..

 

I have a call in to technical support and I am waiting for their response.......My recommendation is do not install....everything was working well until this update

I personally didn't have any problems (using Windows 7 as well). Try simply redownloading and reinstalling Acc 11.0.1, that might solve the issue.

I have tried everything I know....including your suggestions......something is corrupt.....so I will wait until tech support contacts me..thanks for your reply

Support said it was a problem with my virus program TrendMicro..

I am trying to resolve it

Mhm. Have you tried copying your Accordance files (notes, workspaces, etc) from My Documents folder to somewhere else, then uninstalling the program and deleting all Accordance files from My Documents folder (you made a copy, so no problem) and then making fresh install? And then, if running smoothly, copying back your personal files?

Have you tried installing and using the program with the antivirus disabled?
