Accordance Support is Phenomenal

I just wanted to say that I'm a relatively new Accordance user (since late June of 2014) and the support that I've experienced with this company is AMAZING! It is rare for someone speak up to complain when something is VERY BAD, and even MORE rare when something is VERY GOOD.

 

I just wanted to share with everyone that the level of awesomeness that comes from the Accordance support!

 

I was relatively a new Accordance user and I had an issue with installing Accordance on the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 during the July 4th weekend. Apparently it was a bug with Accordance 10.x and Windows 8.1. I called and left a voicemail with support only with the intention of just getting the ticket logged. I wasn't expecting a call back on the holiday weekend. To my surprise I got a call back from support and they helped me workaround the installation bug.

 

In short, I just want to say that I was very impressed with the level of support I received from Accordance. Kudos to you, guys!

Yellowchops – That has been my experience as well. I don't know any other software company that responds as quickly to their customers as does Accordance.

There are many kudos to offer Accordance, not to mention the fact that they offer a modest cross grade discount (30%) even when there are no official channels , making it they simply swallow the discount. I know of no other company that generous.

And adding to their fantastic phone support, is the support they provide in user seminars. I have been using Accordance since 2005 and in that time, to my knowledge, both Roy & Helen have made at least two trips to Australia and conducted FREE seminars. The second time was to both our east and west coasts, which is simply unheard of. Gracious people, and a gracious company.

 

Another couple of reasons why to choose and love Accordance.
