Essential 10 to Essential 11 purchased but not there in Easy Install

Hey –

 

I realize that y'all are swamped. Just wanted to check to see if anyone else has experienced what I'm seeing.

 

I purchased the upgrade. While the site was slow, it went fine. I received my email receipt, and the upgrade is in the list on the My Products page of my account. It does not say 'pending.' However, the upgrade has yet to appear in Easy Install.

 

This is not an emergency. Just checking to see whether I'm all alone in this or if I have some company.

All these custom upgrades are going to manual processing and yes, we are backed up. We check each one to be sure you are only being charged for what is new to you. Thank you for your patience.
