Helen Brown
Now, for the first time in any version (print or electronic), see the full lexicon of BDB in an organized, easy to read format. Instead of having the definitions and sub-definitions buried in a cluttered paragraph, BDB has been reorganized into a convenient outline form. For example, the roots are now set in a larger font with the derived fonts as sub entries in the browser. In addition, the beginnings of each stem division for verbs, as well as their sub-definitions, have been repositioned to the left margin for quick and easy viewing. The Accordance team has also corrected many Arabic words and Hebrew vowel pointing errors throughout, and added internal links between entries. The Ethiopic images now scale in line with the text. Current owners can use Check for Updates to download this free update. Users on the PC emulator can request a link to download. Others can purchase BDB Complete for $70 or upgrade from the abridged BDB for $50. The unlock is available on the Primary 8.1 DVD and the Jewish Collection 5 CD-ROM. Helen Brown
Here's an unsolicited comment by a user: "Let me further comment that what you folks have been able to do with the revised Complete BDB is truly marvelous. As in the print version the BDB Complete was hard to use in its paragraph jumble. But the formatting you folks have done with this tool makes it a real delight to use. Thank you so much for your work."
