Patti Posted February 16, 2006 Share Posted February 16, 2006 I'm not sure whether this question belongs here or on a mac hardware quorum, but anyway... I've just installed Accordance on our eMac 700 (OS 10.2.1) with no hitches, and now I'm trying to install Library 6.1. When I put the disk into the drive, it spins a bit but no icon shows up and no error message comes up...nothing! This disk is, however, recognized by our laptop, and other disks are recognized fine by our eMac. Has anyone else run into this problem? The package says that the Accordance that I installed is version 6.4, but the dock icon says 6.1.1, so I'm not sure which we have. In any case, I've just downloaded the update to 6.9. It doesn't seem to me that that should change anything, but I'll try anyway. Any thoughts? Thanks very much, Patti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Helen Brown Posted February 16, 2006 Share Posted February 16, 2006 If the Library 6 is recognized on another computer, try making a copy of the CD on that Mac and see if the eMac will read it. You can delete old icons of Accordance from the dock and from the Accordance folder and just use 6.9.2. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
