Helen Brown Posted July 18, 2012 Share Posted July 18, 2012 I would look in your user/Documents/Accordance files/Highlights. Is the My Highlights.hlt a new or an old one. If old, is it more than 4 kb? If not, you can sefely discard it and let Accordance create a new one. If you have saved highlights there, you will want to restore it, and I cannot tell what the problem is. You can email the file to our tech support.
