Nathan Lovell Posted September 23, 2012 Share Posted September 23, 2012 Hi, I'm getting strange errors (Bonjour timeout errors) when I try to synch my highlight files from my desktop to either of my iPad or iPhone versions of accordance. Synching without the highlights works fine, so I'm confident that it is a highlight file problem. Is there a way to delete the highlight files on the mobile platforms and start over (re-synch)? Mike Garrity Posted September 23, 2012 Share Posted September 23, 2012 (edited) Hi Nathan, To remove the highlights on your device, go to the system Settings, scroll down to Accordance, and tap Reset Highlights. This will remove all highlights after the next restart of Accordance. Don't forget if you are having trouble with your network, please check out troubleshooting help.
