Details/Table stats

It would be very helpful in the Details/Table window to have the option to combine some related groups of books, esp. "Paul" but perhaps also others such as gospels or narrative, etc. Stats for individual books are helpful for some things, but it would make it a lot more useful if I could toggle on "Paul" since the overall picture is sometimes quite different from individual books. Perhaps the same popup used for search range selection could be used or adapted for this purpose. Or if ad hoc combinations aren't as easy, perhaps just a check box in the "Set Table Display" for a few "pre-wired' combinations, e.g., /_/ Combine stats for Paul.
