Remove white border on image selection from Atlas

Is there a way to remove the white border on copied image selections from Atlas. When copying and pasting into keynote, I am getting a thin white boarder around the map. The alternative, i.e. screenshot, has no boarder but is more keystroke labor intensive. Is there a setting in preferences whereby I can remove this automatic white boarder?

No, there is no setting that removes the white border, I think that's a Keynote thing.

Does not seem to be a Keynote issue, as when I paste into Preview or Word, the white boarders appears also. I think there would be interest amongst accordance users for this cut/copy feature in accordance atlas to not add a white boarder. Can we add it to the list for the next release?

I'd consider this a bug, so it will hopefully be fixed for the next release.

I was just about to suggest the masking feature in Keynote or the chroma key, which Keynote calls "Alpha." For those with the newest version of Keynote (6.2), these features are located in Format>Image. Notice this version of Keynote offers several different masking shapes, not just the familiar rectangle.
