missing / incorrectly substituted glyph?

Since the report error function was not available from here: note the question mark inside the black diamond, where I'd guess the copyright symbol ought to be. I've seen this in a few other places, and I'm sure this is a display bug. This particular picture is from the Archaeological Study Bible.

I've noticed the same issue for a while, but I figured it was because of my default font. I've just now tried several different fonts to no avail.

I'm having trouble reproducing this, but the text at the top is based on the default font of the tool from which it comes. What is the font you are using in your Archaeological Study Bible when you click on the picture? For example, Helvetica renders it just fine.

I have tried to reproduce this without success. My default font is Palatino.

My default font for this particular tool is Lucida Grande. Changing it to Helvetica shows same issue, as Arial, Baskerville, etc. Changing it to Palatino shows same error.
