Crash after Easy Install in 9.2

After using Easy Install to successfully download the Carta collection, when the "Click Install to add your new modules to the Accordance Library" window pops up, it crashes Accordance when I click Install. When I restart Accordance the Carta books do not show up in the Library window.

Do you get the same result trying the download again? As in, is this reproducible, or did this only happen once?

Yes, it is reproducible. I have tried 2 more times to install the Carta collection with the same result. The files are already downloaded, so it goes quickly from the download screen to the Click to Install screen. But every time I click the Install button it crashes Accordance.

Do other files install correctly, or are only the carta modules crashing? Also, what if you only install the carta modules one at a time?

I only have the choice of the Carta Select Combo. It does not give me the option of individual files.

 

This started this morning after I updated to version 9.2 from 9.1.1 of Accordance. I had bought the Carta Select collection last Saturday but did not download until this morning after the Accordance update. I don't have any other download files available to download and never had a problem before doing the Easy Install.

 

Oh, I just remembered. After I did the update to Accordance 9.2 it told me to click Quit to finish the update, or Continue to Install other files. I thought I might be able to install the Carta from that app and so clicked Continue. Then it went through the whole update to 9.2 procedure again. After doing it the second time I hit Quit. Everything seemed to be fine and nothing crashed. Accordance starts up fine. But Easy Install of Carta crashes when I hit Install.

Looks like there is a problem with Easy Install on 9.2 when installing onto a computer that has the user on an external hard drive. We should be able to get this fixed for 9.2.1, but in the meantime I was able to get David's Carta modules installed manually.
