Daniel R
1. Once the new Hebrew syntax module has been installed, Hebrew word info in the instant details box not only includes parsing and pronunciation, but also the syntax tag. Why? Is there a way to turn this off? Will this continue with all the Hebrew texts? Does the GNT syntax module affect the instant details info as well? 2. Can zones be turned off? thanks
Joel Brown
I can't answer #1, but to disable zones just go to Preferences -> General and set 'Maximum number of zones' to 1.

Can zones be turned off? thanks Yes, you can specify what information is displayed in the instant details box. Open the preferences pane (Accordance: Preferences, from the menu) and select Instant Details from the list on the left. If you uncheck "Word syntax," Accordance will not display this information in the instant details box. As for zones, yes, you can turn these off as well. Select General from the list on the left of the preferences window. The first open is to set the default maximum number of zones. If you don't want Accordance to open resources in additional zones, set to one. You will still be able to drag open resources into zones, but Accordance will not open them in new zones. Hope this helps!
