bburrowes Posted August 1, 2014 Share Posted August 1, 2014 Hello, I have Accordance 10.4.3.2 and just bought Timeline yesterday but it won't download or install. I press the download button and it says that it has installed, but then loads the purchases again and Timeline reappears as not having been downloaded or installed. Helen Brown Posted August 2, 2014 Share Posted August 2, 2014 Hmm, you can try going into user/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences and removing Timeline and User Items (if you are on Mac), then see if after restarting Accordance it will install the Timeline.
