Click & drag to copy?

Hey - Are we supposed to be able to click and drag to copy from a text or tool? The only place this seems to work is in the edit window of user notes or tools. To copy from a text or tool I have to first double click to highlight a least a word, then use shift + click to select text. Is is the way it has to work in Accordance? Is it a bug? It's a bit annoying. When the first thing I want to highlight is the verse reference, obviously double-clicking doesn't give the desired result.

 

Occasionally when I want to add a link to my user notes (in edit mode), I will place my cursor at the front of the reference and just use shift + the arrow key to select the reverence. There are times when, as the cursor moves to the right, the first letter of the reference "unhighlights" - this, too, is annoying. Bug? Normal? (Surely not.)

 

Is anyone else seeing this behavior. I did a search and didn't find anything, but I know that doesn't mean the copy issue has not been discussed elsewhere.
