Tim Hall
I have an iPhone 4S running iOS version 6.1.3. Last night I updated Accordance on my iPhone to version 1.6.4. I updated several of my modules this morning as well (last one was the HCSBS). After updating the last of the modules, Accordance quit (abruptly and unexpectedly). I have not been able to open it since. When I do attempt to open it, the splash screen shows up and the wheel that shows the phone is thinking runs, but nothing else happens (I have let it run like this for 10 minutes several times). I have attempted to remove the last saved session several times to no avail. Is there anything I can do besides delete the app and reinstall? Scott Knapp
Please try clearing the last saved session in the Accordance section of the iOS settings app.

Scott Knapp
Yikes! Then my fear is that the crash during module downloading has corrupted the list of installed modules. Unfortunately, the only solution I know of is to delete and reinstall the app. I would try clearing the download cache first but I don't think it is likely to solve the problem. Tim Hall
How would I go about doing that?
Timothy Jenney
Tap and hold on the app icon until a circle with an "X" appears over it. Tap the "X," then confirm you want to delete the app and its contents. You'll then need to reinstall the app by downloading it from the app store. [Or install the updated app on your Mac and then sync your device to it. ] Modules can be downloaded directly into the app from your online account or synced from your Mac. If you decide to do the latter, I recommend you make sure all your modules are updated first. Enjoy! :-)
