Telemakos Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 I upgraded to Accordance 11 but it is impossible to validate it with my account. The upgrade is showing up in my Account page, but when I try to validate I get this message: "Unable to access to online database" (see the screenshot attached). Could you please help me? Helen Brown Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 I suggest you use your browser to log in to your account and reset your password to a simple alphanumeric code. Helen Brown Posted November 16, 2014 Share Posted November 16, 2014 It turned out to be a known issue with Yosemite Network proxy settings that has affected many users: Here are the instructions for fixing this:Open System Preferences and go into 'Network' and click on the 'Advanced' button. Then click on the 'Proxies' button and make sure that 'Auto Proxy Discover' and "Auto Proxy Configuration' are unchecked. Click ‘OK’ and then ‘Apply’.
