jkraft12
I don't want to wait for Apple to review and approve v11. Can I uninstall (move to Trash) the current version installed from the Mac App Store, download v11 directly from Accordance, drag and drop to Applications, and be all set? Helen Brown
Not so simple, as all the Accordance files are "sandboxed" in an oaktree container in the user/Library. You can remove it and start over, or contact tech support to move your files out where our own app can access them.
jkraft12
I'll try the start over approach and remove what I find in user/Library. I assume I'll just download my collection fresh in Easy Install? Thanks
jkraft12
I removed the necessary files, overwrote the Accordance app in the Applications folder, downloaded via Easy Install, and off and away. Happy camper. Thanks

Where would I move the files in order to facilitate the upgrade? Any indication how long it will take for the Mac App Store to propagate the update? If it's not too far away, I'll just wait. Helen Brown
I would try copying the entire folder named Accordance to the user/Library/Application support folder. Then when you run Accordance 11 it should be able to find and use them. We still have a few sandbox issues to solve before we submit 11 to Apple, and their approval process can take from one to several weeks.
Daniel Saunders
It's been a few months now - and so I'm also thinking on moving from Accordance 10 (MAS version) to the direct download of Accordance 11. To avoid having to download all my modules again do I copy the contents of ~/Library/Containers/com.OakTree.MAS.Accordance into ~/Library/Application Support/Accordance? However - I'd prefer to buy through the App Store (due to the current AUD/USD exchange rate). Any hint on how far along in the approval process Accordance 11 is? Helen Brown
I think it will be a few weeks yet, but we are working on it.
