JBracy Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 So I upgraded to Accordance 11 when I realized that I just squeezed in the free upgrade window The upgrade is showing up in my Account page, but when I try to validate i get a message that "Accordance 11 not found in account." We have a backlog as so many people ignored our offers to get the upgrade before it was released. Now we are flooded with orders, emails, and calls.
