Can't Validate

So I upgraded to Accordance 11 when I realized that I just squeezed in the free upgrade window :)

 

The upgrade is showing up in my Account page, but when I try to validate i get a message that "Accordance 11 not found in account."

 

Please help,

The order is probably still pending. We have a backlog as so many people ignored our offers to get the upgrade before it was released. Now we are flooded with orders, emails, and calls. We will get to everyone in due course, but as long as the order has not been charged or processed, 11 will not validate.
