I was letting Accordance update all the modules that had updates and accidentally closed a window or told the program to pause. The download stopped abruptly, and now my Mac won't open the program at all. The icon for the program has a big "no entry" symbol on top of it, and when I try to start it, I get the error message, "You can't open the application Accordance because it may be damaged or incomplete." Drat. What can I do to get my Accordance going again?

Thanks for your help! - Lois Tverberg

You might try downloading the program again and reinstalling it: check out this page http://www.accordanc...nce-Installers/

This assumes that you purchased the program from OakSoft, and not from the App Store.

I downloaded the installer and ran it, and I think I fixed it. Hooray! Thanks.
