I would love to see you add the Artscroll Stone Edition Chumash as well as an english translation of the Talmud to go along with the Mishna that you currently have available. Almost as important would be a transliterated Siddur, the Mishlei, and the Tehillim. I would have some other suggestions but for now those will do. Thanks!

In addition, I also would love to have these: The Schottenstein "Hebrew" Edition of the Talmud and the Artscroll Tanach Series.
