Hello,

 

I tried to download the items that I have purchased, but failed.

 

Here is a screenshot.

 

What is the problem, and what should I do?

Go ahead and install what has downloaded, and start again, perhaps restart Accordance.

 

This may be connected to the recent server issues we are experiencing.

The same thing happens...

Does it have anything to do with system language?

 

Go ahead and install what has downloaded, and start again, perhaps restart Accordance.

 

This may be connected to the recent server issues we are experiencing.

I have installed with various languages so, no.

 

Try a restart of the computer, try a different WiFi network, try an uninstall and reinstall....

 

Contact our support department if the problem isn't solved here.

I have solved the problem.
It seems the problem was that there was not enough space for the "temp" folder to download the database.
I have changed the disc for the "temp" folder, and successfully downloaded all the data.
