Hi ya,

Does Acc on Windows use VSS ? I am interested in this because i am playing with CrashPlan for centralizing my backups from various machines to my Mac and then backing that with TM. CrashPlan FAQs mention the issue of backing up open in use files and mention that applications which use VSS should be safe from such problems. I realise this only really makes sense in high update scenarios in business critical data and that Acc is basically readonly or low update. But issues of corrupted files, particularly highlight files, have been showing up a bit lately. Hence the question.

Thx

D

OK had more of a look at this and the I suspect answer's gotta be no given what seems to be required of it. But correct me if I'm wrong in this.

Thx
