Matt Fredenburg
Hi, is this correct? I couldn't find John 1:51 listed as part of the temptation narrative. Thanks, Matt
Michael J. Bolesta
Yes. K. Aland's Synopsis (print) has Jn 1:51 as parallel to Mk 1:13 and Mt 4:11 (angels ministering to Jesus).
Matt Fredenburg
Yes. K. Aland's Synopsis (print) has Jn 1:51 as parallel to Mk 1:13 and Mt 4:11 (angels ministering to Jesus). Thanks Michael, so would you say that it is reasonable to assume that Accordance's Gospel Parallels module is based on Aland's Synopsis? For here (http://parallelgospels.org/The_Three_Temptations_of_Jesus.htm), here (http://www.gospelparallels.com/), and here (http://www.blueletterbible.org/study/harmony/), the reference to Jn 1:51 is missing. It would be fascinating to understand how this came to be! Matt
Michael J. Bolesta
Yes itis based on Aland. Use the "get info" on the module. This is done with right click/contextual menu or the "gear wheel" or the menu bar.
