Is there a way that when I double click a word that it open up definitions in both lexicons I have open? For example, in the screen shot below, I would like to double click θυμιασαι and it bring up the entry in both BDAG and LSJ. Currently it only opens in BDAG since that is my priority lexicon.

You can use the LINK command. You enter it in the search bar of LSJ and link to BDAG in your workspace. Make sure it is set to Greek entry in LSJ. You can enter the link command by using the search menu. In your case it looks like it should be [LINK BDAG], including the square brackets, that should be entered in LSJ.
