CrimsonLens
I am a new Accordance user (and also a recent 15" Retina owner, so am waiting patiently for the promised Retina support), and have an issue trying to open the Atlas. I have the Essentials Package, on 10.3.2 and when I choose the Atlas, I get a window asking for 'Where is the file <atlas type>?'. The window has selected the 'Modules' folder, with nothing that I can choose to open - ie. no valid map source files. I have found some similar issues in the Forums, which suggest deleting the 'General' file under Library/Accordance Preferences, which I have tried, but no change. The Easy Install and library updates are all up-to-date and I have the Atlas module listed in the Library in Accordance. As I began by saying, I am a new user, and I am certainly still at the 'learning' stage with regard to using Accordance, but I don't think I have missed something basic, but I am open to ideas. Steve King
The following information from the help files should direct you to the folders on the mac http://accordancefiles2.com/helpfiles/OSXV10/Default.htm#topics/09_haat/files_in_accordance_folders.htm The information is under "installed application related files". If you find the modules then you should be able to find the atlas information in a folder around the same area.
Julia Falling
Hey – In your Accordance Library Window, are the various color schemes there when you click the arrow? If so, double-clicking on one of them should open the Atlas in the color scheme selected. If it doesn't, make sure the Maps data is installed. Here's where you find the Atlas data. To see the Library in the Go menu of Finder, you need to hold down the option key. Atlas.mov.zip If it's not there, I'd call technical support. I've never had any issue they were not able to resolve. Really knowledgeable folks and really pleasant to interact with, too. Edited November 27, 2013 by Julie Falling
