Has anyone created a search that would find instances of Colwell’s rule?

Well, it makes for a pretty simple search, really.
I know Colwell's rule has do do with the presence of an article with a predicate noun regarding placement before or after the copulative verb and its bearing on the definite-ness of the noun. Not sure which construct you'd like to find, so here are searches that would explore various instances:
(Note: I don't have the most recent GNT-T module that has proper/common noun tags, so I'm guessing here.)

For nouns following the verb
Find articular predicate nouns following copulative verb eimi:
eimi [ARTICLE nominative] [NOUN nominative common]

Look for anarthrous predicate nouns following eimi:
eimi [NOUN nominative common]


For nouns preceding the verb
Find anarthrous Predicate Nouns:
([Noun Nominative Common] eimi)<NOT> <PRECEDED BY> <WITHIN 1 Words> [Article Nominative]

Find articular PN's:
[ARTICLE nominative] [NOUN nominative common] eimi

Do the same searches and change [Noun nominative common] to [Noun nominative proper]

Also, can change them to relative pronouns to look at those.

That should all get you started.

However, the [NOUN common] tag doesn't seem to work. When I search for just [NOUN common] I get the message

"The selected grammatical tag cannot be found in the "GNT-T" text.

True, but you can search for [NOUN -proper] and should get the same result.
