In Accordance for Mac, if I 'Report a Correction' for 'confnsion' in Hodge's Systematic Theology I get:

Hodge-Theology Correction Report - Accordance 10.3.3

§ 1. God has such a Plan. (Paragraph 3725), Hodge-Theology v1.3
In Accordance for Windows, I get:
10.3.3 Correction Report - Accordance ?body=“confnsion”
<body is blank>

I can confirm that Windows Corrections reports populate improperly. Looks like the population fields are off by one causing the Subject line to not include the module name and the body text to often be jibberish and/or partly included in the subject line of the email.

I do not even get the option to report the correction (Otherwise I would have used "report a correction" to report this correction). But seriously, there is not even a field or a subject line or anything for me, only a blank error box.
