IVP modules missing Table of Contents sidebar?

Both the NT Bible Background Commentary and the Hard Sayings modules (IVP) do not show a TOC in the sidebar, which I thought they normally did. (Compare the OT Bible Background Commentary, also shown in the screenshot.)

 

I haven't been able to check other IVP modules to know whether it's the case elsewhere, too.

 

Late 2008 MacBook, 10.9.1, Accordance 10.3.4.

Confirmed. And these are the only two modules in the IVP essential collection with this issue.

I just verified in iOS with the Hard Sayings module--this was there before, but the most recent update (which I think was in the last week or so?) wiped it out for some reason.
