NIB: Copy as Bibliography results in blank Clipboard

If I try to copy as Bibliography in the NIB, I'm unable to paste anything.  The clipboard shows up as blank.

 

This also affects Copy as Citation: the text copied appears upon pasting, but no Bibliographical information is pasted.  IVP-NB works properly for both types of copying, so it would appear to be limited to the NIB

Mac 10.9 (Mavericks)
iOS 7 (iPad)
Windows Vista Home Premium

NIB One Volume Commentary? If so, it's known; we're a bit behind in updating some of the new releases for bibliography citation support.
