Hi

I recently reformatted my PC, and so I have had to reinstall accordance from scratch.  After downloading all the modules, the program asks if I want to install them.  If I click 'yes', it simply hangs on the installing screen.  It goes nowhere.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Matt

Check the permissions on the C\ProgramData\Accordance folder. Please contact tech support for help if needed.

Thanks Helen.

I've had a look at the permissions, and they seem normal. The admin has full control.

Any other things that could be going on?

there are too many variables to make a diagnosis on the forums. Please contact tech support and we can screenshare to take a look.

I'd love to hear any resolution. I'm having the same problem. I bought my Bible Study Package September of last year and I waited until I got a Windows 8.1 laptop before I tried the new Windows program and now I can't get my resources to load in the program. Will call tech support tomorrow.

There is an update in the works that fixes the install issues, and if you write to support we'll send you a beta to use in the interim. Sorry for the hassles. Windows throws us so many curve balls that it's very hard to stop batting and release a version, when the bug reports keep coming.
