Hello friends,

I am attempting to make a new user profile on my Mac. My current normal profile will be my catch-all, but the one I would like to make it simply a work zone with no distractions.

I want to boot Accordance just how it looks in my normal profile. I have attempted to transfer all of the necessary folders (Accordance files in Documents, Accordance in Application support), and even (re)installed all the modules on that user. However, each time I get an error. It will not let me open up Accordance at all, saying that ESVS, ASV, etc. (texts) won't open—even though I have the folder right there; it won't let me click on them.

Any help out there from those who have done this? or might know how to fix it?

Thanks,

Dustin

Hi, Dustin!

For something like this, I'd suggest you call technical support directly (407) 339-0266. They can screenshare with you, if needed, and help you sort it out.
