Milla
I have an ongoing annoyance, not just with the current version. Every time I start Accordance I get a window that says: The location of file ".fdr54j38a" has changed (or it has been deleted) since Accordance accessed this file the last time. After clicking OK Accordance then starts.
Helen Brown
On Mac? You need to find the folder named Accordance in Library/Application Support. (It may be in the hard drive Library or the user Library, and to see the latter on Lion+ you can press option as you open the Go menu.)Get info on the Accordance folder from the File menu, unlock the permissions at the bottom, set it to give your user read/write permission, and then click the gear menu to apply those permissions to all enclosed contents. This is a common problem after migrating or restoring from backup, especially on Lion+. Lawson Stone
This didn't work when I tried it, then I realized I was going to User/Library/ApplicationSupport/Accordance. I noticed that folder was empty, so then I went to the Macintosh HD/Library/ApplicationSupport/Accordance folder and did the permissions adjustment noted above, and it worked fine. And my problem indeed was after a migration to a new hard drive.
Helen Brown
On the latest systems I recommend copying the entire Accordance folder to the user/Library location and deleting the HD original. This is now preferred by Apple and prevents the permissions issues.
