I'm just curious if there is any possibility of ever getting a textual apparatus for the Hebrew Scriptures in Accordance Ö something in English akin to the GNT?

Yes, we are working on a CD-ROM for the German Bible Society to be released later this year, with both GNT and BHS apparatus as well as other modules.
