10.4.0 - Retina display problems

I recently installed the update to Accordance 10.4.0.  Having been one of the testers for the beta version of Accordance, I was impressed with the quality of the Retina optimized display.

 

However, after installing the update, my regular Accordance still has the old appearance (not-Retina optimized.)  The "About" screen shows I am running version 10.4.0.  The issue is not that I have my system preferences displaying wrongly, or failed to restart the program and computer.  It still looks just as fuzzy as before.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you happen to have the "Open in Low Resolution" box checked in the info box of the Accordance.app file?

I found that if you ran the update from within Accordance Aleph, then Accordance Aleph was updated to 10.4.0. Did you run the update from within Accordance or Accordance Aleph?
