Link to Hebrew Dictionary from User Note?

I'm sure I'm missing something very simple, but I can't figure it out. I created a link to an entry in a Hebrew dictionary:
 

[KM Hebrew Dictionary, Strong’s Number, 8302]

I pasted that link into a user note. When I click the link, I get this:

The same thing also happens with any web URL like: http://www.accordancebible.com/

I'm not sure what the text order has to do with a Hebrew dictionary. In any case, it doesn't open anything.

Any ideas?

User notes unfortunately only currently support scripture links.  User Tools support the full syntax of links, but it is limited to User Tools for now.  However, I wouldn't be surprised to see this improved in the future...
