The question is little bit strange. However, it is very important to reveal the source in my paper.
I searched some LBH with Accordance Bible, and made bibliograpy as below:

Köhler, Ludwig, and Walter Baumgartner. "????." The Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament on CD-ROM. OakTree Software Version 2.0. 2002. Printed ed.: Ludwig Köhler, and Walter Baumgartner eds. The Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament. 5 vols. Leiden: 2002, 2000.
* ???? is Hebrew

Actually I hesitated between "OakTree Software" and "Accordance Bible Software."
However, I have decided to follow the name which is displayed in "ABOUT THE TEXT."
Yet, it is awkward to me about above bibliography. Please let me know what I did was correct or not.

You might want to see this discussion about citing Accordance modules. Ideally, one would want both the application version (e.g. 7.1) as well as the module version (e.g. 2.0), but the SBL Handbook of Style seems to prefer the former.

Thanks for your nice comment. I have to fix my footnote and bibliography immediately.
