For those looking for a note taking/organization/research software I just ran into Microsoft OneNote for free in the Mac App Store. I have been playing with it and it is very, very impressive piece of software. Plus it plays very nice with the rest of Microsoft Office.

Very flexible and powerful and it is FREE!!!

I am now using Evernote as my repository of things I find or quick notes I want to remember and OneNote for organizing my research.

It's also a great collaborative tool. We use it at work for collaboration on the various projects we work on. Could see it working in a parish office situation.
