I know this is probably asking quite a bit, but I would love to have the page numbers included in the Pillar set. It would make footnoting so much easier. Perhaps in 1.2 we could see page numbers added? I'm also looking forward to 2.0 (?) when 2 Peter/Jude is included. Thanks!

I can assure you that if page numbers are included in the etext, we do include them, and have for several years. Only our much older tools may have ignored them.
