How do I find all instances of predicate nominatives? While most go with eimi, they also go with ginomai, uparxw, and kalew.

Danny,
A search for
[PRONOUN nominative] <AND> [NOUN nominative]
won't find every occurrence, but most, along with false positives. You could get fancier with Class specifications. Remember that you can't also limit to the occurrence of those verbs, because the verb can be elided.
Since the texts aren't tagged as PN's, I think it's a case of getting your large set and then reading.
All that is to say I don't know of a magic way to list all PN's.
