The problem with Macspeech (in late 2008) is that they do not have any specialized vocabulary, such as medical software or legal software or other professional programs. I have Dragon naturally speaking MEDICAL, and I can tell you that without the MEDICAL vocabulary, the program would be pretty useless. Back when ViaVoice for Mac worked on the older Macs, you could "toggle" between the Medical vocabulary and the non-medical vocabulary. The problem: unless you want to invest considerable time "training" your voice for "biblical terms", you will probably find it slow going.
Yes, I like Dragon Naturally Speaking MEDICAL -- but I use the Windows program on Parallels.
