As a new user of the software, I am throughly enjoying working with it.
Now I'll have to dig deeper into the documentation to figure out how to make my own reference materials. Can information that is public domain, or done with public domain licensing (I'm thinking in particular about Luther's work published as part of the project Wittenberg) be given away through these forums? I figured once somebody has formatted it correctly for a module it seems silly not to give it to others who want it. What has been done here in the past?

For documentation on User Tools see the Mini-Manual, the Help, or the User's Guide (for most detail).

Are there places that already have a bunch of non-copyrighted materials in a format that is easily convertible to the Accordance User Tool formats?
