The ability to add user notes to tools supplied by Accordance or others (read non-User Tools) in a high organized way would be very welcome. Ideally this would include a cross-referencing capability that allows the content to be viewed according to several different criteria. Also, the abillty to embed links to WEB-based URL's would be most welcome.
