Where does Accordance install its fonts? Also, a list of Accordance fonts would be nice, to differentiate them from other fonts.

There is a file called Accordance fonts.pdf which is installed in the Manuals & Documents in your Accordance folder. The latest version can be downloaded here.
It describes the fonts in detail as well as their installation. The latter has changed recently with 10.4 and Accordance 6.6. Quartz text smoothing.
