I'd like to stop receiving daily email from the Forum. I've looked under "My Controls" for a way to unsubscribe but don't see that option. Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from the daily emails?

In My Controls, under the Options section to the left, click on e-mail settings.
Either untick "Enable 'Email Notification' by default?" or change the default type of notification.
