I loaded the accordance Graphics DVD but it seems like there are no maps or timeline or pictures. When i tried to get a map a pop-up window said, "To show maps for the first time you must open at least one map background." It doesn't show any maps in my library either. Should i reload the DVD? Or is there something else I should do?

You probably do need to reinstall, select the items and enter the codes.
