Last night a user posted a comment here regarding prayer for Steve Jobs' health. This morning I posted this reply:

We are indeed concerned for Steve Jobs, but wish to make it clear that the views expressed in this post do not meet our Forum Guidelines.

In response another user requested that we remove the original post, but he also violated the guidelines in his reply. Therefore I have removed the entire post.

We have a wide diversity of users, and we all need to avoid comments which are unrelated to the goals of this Forum. There are many other forums and blogs where these kinds of views can be freely expressed and discussed.

Persistent violation of Forum guidelines may result in suspension of your membership.

Sorry about that. I didn't realize that violated forum guidelines. I will try to be more careful down the road in future postings. I have reviewed the guidelines again so I'm not rusty on them.
