First let me say I'm all for releasing the training videos via the web so people can learn more about Accordance.

I do wonder why people (such as myself) were allowed to actually pay money for them less than a month before they were made free though.

The reason is very simple: we didn't plan ahead! No one knew a month ago that we would offer them free. We had the idea of posting them (well, it wasn't a new idea but it had recently become feasible), it was discussed, approved, and implemented within a few days.

We are still selling the DVD for those who prefer the convenience or do not have broadband.

Anyone who recently bought the DVD and would have preferred a free download can request a credit towards future purchases, though we'll be deciding today how much credit we will offer.

thanks Helen

I think the move for more education is a great idea. It is good that you are offering a store credit, excellent customer service. I would have definitely opted for download myself. I wish ALL the modules were downloadable but I do realize this is not possible with some of the publishers.

We did decide that we'll offer $14 credit on request to anyone who has purchased the Training DVD in the last 3 months, less any discount percent they received.

Yes, we are moving towards making more modules downloadable.

"Yes, we are moving towards making more modules downloadable."

This is good news.
