How do I search all of the commentaries for a specific word or name? I just need to open a search box of some kind, type in that word or name and see a list of every reference to that word or name in every commentary.

Press cmd-f to open a Search All tab/window, then choose what you want searched from the popup menu next to the field menu (the latter is English by default). You can choose Define Group... at the bottom of the popup menu to create your own collection(s) of resources.

Also check out the video tutorial "Searching More Than One Module" on the Training DVD site.
