Rosetta Font and Character Palette Not working

I just installed Accordance on my new Mac and transferred all my User Notes and User Tools over to it. They open just fine, but I'm missing several of the diacritical marks in the palette (like the upside down circumflex for sheen). Also, the grey squares (that represent the letter above which or below which the character will be placed) are not there in the Rosetta portion of the character palette while they are there for the other fonts.

In addition, the Greek font of GNT-T is screwed up on some of the accents.
