First I want to say I love your software. :-) There is nothing like it on the Mac or the PC for that matter.

I am always distracted by the superscripts in the biblical texts. They tend to not disassociate themselves from the text itself enough to not make me include them as part of the word. It could be my choice of font color and size but a good example is in 1Cor 15:43 ESV

It is sown in dishonor; git is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.

The superscript g does not stand off the it enough for me to read it as it instead I read it as 'git' and then do a double take to read it as 'it'.

I do realize that the superscripts can be turned off but I like them and feel it would be nice if we could control their color so that we can have more control over their appearance.

Also it would be real nice if a mouse over would fire an instant details popup with the footnote info in place.

Thanks again for the great software.

I completely agree. Would love the ability to have the superscript but grayed back to separate it from the text better.

And love the idea of hovering over the superscript to bring up the instant details.

Hey, that's a really great idea!

I especially like the fact that we could save a whole pane [or two] when displaying a study Bible. The ESVS, for example, would not need a separate pane for cross-references and another for notes. I have no idea what it would take for our developers to incorporate it, nor whether our agreement with the various Bible publishers will permit that feature. However, there's an upcoming meeting to discuss the Accordance 9 interface. I'll recommend our folks consider it.

Thanks!
